I have worked as a clinical social worker, supporting clients across a range of settings—including jails, courtrooms, hospitals, emergency rooms, and private practice. This wide breadth of experience has reinforced a simple but powerful truth: people universally seek peace, a sense of self-worth, and meaningful connection. These desires aren’t rare; they form the foundation for healing and reconnection to our most authentic selves.
I draw from a multifaceted, trauma-informed framework that integrates mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, insight-oriented talk therapy, and acceptance-based methods.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in the belief that healing and a greater sense of well-being are possible through compassionate curiosity and the creation of emotional safety. It’s a sacred honor to walk beside each person with presence and dignity, meeting them exactly where they are.
